ratably

法律定义：ratably means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage obtained by dividing (a) the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Lender by (b) the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all Lenders (or, at any time after the Revolving Credit Termination Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Credit Outstandings owing to such Lender by the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Credit Outstandings owing to all Lenders).

ratably = 当前贷方的循环信贷额度 / 所有贷方的循环信贷额度总和 * 100%

或

ratably = 欠当前贷方的未偿循环信贷本金总余额 / 欠所有贷方的未偿循环信贷本金总余额 * 100%

即 ratably 指各贷方发放的循环信贷额度在所有贷方中所占的百分比；或指未偿付各贷方的本金总额占所有贷方中的百分比。

  • lender: 贷方（出借方），相对“借方”而言。

  • revolve: 在心里翻来覆去，思考（ponder）；绕轴或绕中心旋转；围绕（某中心或主题），常常与around一起使用，即revolve aroud：

    the dispute revolved around wages 争议围绕工资。
